Terms of use
For guests who get their caricature · Version of 22 October 2026 · This is a translation; the Spanish version prevails in case of doubt.
- You take a selfie and artificial intelligence draws you a caricature that appears on the wedding screen.
- Only use photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission.
- Nothing offensive: the organisers can hide or delete any caricature.
- You can delete your caricature whenever you want.
1. Who provides the service
Vølden Studio, through its brand Cheeky by Vølden. Contact: admin@voldenstudio.com.
Cheeky is hired by the wedding organiser (the couple or an events company), who decides how it is used at their event.
2. What it is
A free service for guests: you take a selfie, write your name and a message, and an artificial intelligence draws you a caricature. The caricature, with your name and message, is shown on the wedding screen and in its gallery, can be printed and can be included in the couple's keepsake poster.
To use it you must accept these terms and give your consent by ticking the boxes before the selfie. If you don't accept them, you simply don't get a caricature.
3. Your photo and the people in it
- Only upload photos showing you or people who have given you permission to caricature them and show it at the wedding.
- If you are under 14 you need permission from your parent or guardian. Don't upload photos of minors without their parents' or guardians' permission.
- You are responsible for the photo you upload and the name and message you write.
4. What is not allowed
- Photos of other people without their permission, or of people who are not at the wedding in order to mock them.
- Offensive, discriminatory, sexual or violent names or messages, or anything that could upset the couple or the guests.
- Impersonating someone else or using the service for anything other than the fun of the wedding.
- Trying to get around the caricature limits or interfering with the service.
The organisers can review, hide or delete any caricature at any time, without notice.
5. Your image and your caricature
By accepting, you authorise your caricature, name and message to be shown on the screen and in the wedding gallery, printed if you ask, and included in the couple's keepsake poster, only within this wedding. They will not be used for advertising or given to third parties for other purposes.
You can save your caricature on your phone and share it for personal use. Remember it is a drawing made by artificial intelligence: the likeness and the result may vary.
6. Withdrawing your permission
You can withdraw your consent at any time: right when it is done, with the “Delete my caricature” button, or later by writing to the contact above. It will be removed from the screen, the gallery and our servers. Anything already printed or downloaded cannot be recovered.
7. Your data
How we handle your selfie, your caricature and your data is explained in the privacy policy. Your selfie is only used to draw you and we do not keep it.
8. Availability and liability
The service depends on the internet connection and on external providers, so it may fail or be slow. It is provided as is, without any guarantee of result, and we are not liable for what other people do with caricatures they have downloaded. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the version in force when you get your caricature applies. They are governed by Spanish law.
